Welcome to HIVIZ, a brand operated under Ansel Collective LLC. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, services, communication tools (including SMS/calls), and any content or materials provided through HIVIZ.

By using our services, submitting your contact information, or interacting with us via text, phone, or email, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

HIVIZ offers marketing services for construction and trade businesses. This includes, but is not limited to:

Generating and delivering job leads

Booking and confirming appointments

Managing CRM access and reporting

HIVIZ is not responsible for licensing or legal compliance in your trade. It is the sole responsibility of the client to ensure that they meet local, state, and federal regulations.

2. SMS & Call Communications

By submitting your phone number through any of our forms or contact methods, you consent to receive text messages and phone calls from HIVIZ related to your account, appointments, service updates, and promotional content. Message frequency may vary. Message and data rates may apply.

You can opt out of text communication at any time by replying STOP.

We do not sell or share your personal information or phone number with third parties unless required by law.

3. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date information

Be responsible for all activity and communication on their account

Maintain required business licenses and legal certifications for any work related to incoming leads

HIVIZ is not liable for any damages, disputes, or losses resulting from a client’s misuse of leads, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with industry regulations.

4. Payments & Subscriptions

All services are billed according to the selected package or custom agreement. By making payment, clients acknowledge and accept the terms of service. No refunds are provided for completed services, delivered leads, or booked appointments unless explicitly stated in writing.

Non-payment or chargebacks may result in account suspension or collections.

5. Limitation of Liability

HIVIZ makes no guarantees regarding the number of leads, conversions, or jobs acquired through our service. While we aim to deliver high-quality opportunities, results may vary based on your market, services, and follow-up systems.

We are not responsible for:

Missed appointments or calls

Loss of income from undelivered leads

Inaccurate data submitted by users or customers

6. Intellectual Property

All materials, branding, systems, and tools created by HIVIZ are the intellectual property of Ansel Collective LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any proprietary materials without written permission.

7. Termination

HIVIZ reserves the right to terminate service at any time for:

Abuse of the platform or communication systems

Failure to comply with these terms

Use of our leads for unlawful or unethical purposes

You may cancel your service at any time by contacting us directly. Any outstanding payments remain due.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of those changes.
